Welcome to Zodiac Path Tarot Deck!

The Zodiac is the path that the planets travel around us, the trajectory that we observe from our point of view on Earth's surface. Astrology studies this path over thousands of years. Currently, we know that we are the ones who go around the Sun, and that the Zodiac is a band in outer space in which we see the apparent path of the Sun, Moon and planets. This band is divided considering the relationships between Earth and the Sun, defining the four seasons and their subdivisions, the 12 signs of the Zodiac. The Zodiac Path has a deep and ancient symbolism that represents our evolutionary cycle.

The Tarot is an ancient oracle composed of symbolic images that has evolved over the last few centuries. It brings with it a wealth of knowledge and has the ability to spark interesting insights. The Major Arcana of the Tarot also represent an evolutionary journey.

This deck is inspired by the symbolic convergences between the Zodiac Path and the Major Arcana. Tarot and Astrology are two independent oracles that have many confluences and the purpose of the drawings and texts of this deck is to highlight what is similar in both knowledges.

The cycle of the Major Arcana and the Signs were aligned by coinciding the beginning and end of the sequences of its elements, maintaining the natural order of each one and observing the similarities. The Zodiac Path Tarot Deck is the result of this project that brought together research, reflection and art to identify, understand and synthesize these symbolic convergences through images.

The Zodiac Path Tarot Deck consists of the Tarot deck with 78 cards (22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana) and 20 complementary cards (4 Seasons, 12 Signs and 4 Elements). These cards form five large images described and presented below.

The Mandala of the Major Arcana, Zodiac and Seasons is formed by the cards of the Seasons, the Zodiac Signs and the Major Arcana.

The four images of the Suits and Elements are formed by fourteen cards from each of the four suits of the Minor Arcana (Wands, Pentacles, Swords and Hearts) and the complementary card of the corresponding Element (Fire, Earth, Air and Water, respectively).

There is a brief description of each Tarot deck card posted here on the site and you can walk through the pages and enjoy the drawings. I hope you like it!
